Human resources and organisational development are focused on the areas of health, education, work and income, and inclusion.

Capacity developmentHealth
In the field of health, the Liliane Foundation, together with the partner organisations, provides training for mediators and parents in the areas of rehabilitation and management of disability.

Education
In the field of education, the Liliane Foundation works on supporting partner organisations in organising courses for mediators on the subject of special education for children with a disability. The Foundation also provides financial support for vocational training depending on the mediators’ preferences and their potential.

Work and Income
In the field of work and income, the Liliane Foundation, together with the partner organisations, establishes training programmes for mediators on the subjects of Micro-crediting and Income Generating Projects.

Inclusion
Activities in the field of inclusion encompass training and courses on subjects such as child rights, HIV/AIDS and Community Based Rehabilitation. Furthermore, the Liliane Foundation supports awareness-raising activities by partner organisations such as World Disability Day events.
