Capacity Development

The focus of the Capacity Development strategy is twofold.

Human resources and organisational development
This involves developing the human resource and organisational capacity of the National Coordination Teams/Strategic Partner Organisations and Partner Organisations/mediators. This, in turn, will raise the quality of their performance.

Basic infrastructural facilities
The other part of the strategy is to invest in basic small-scale infrastructural facilities.
