Liliane Foundation Head Office

The Head Office in The Netherlands develops the corporate policy, procedures and guidelines. It is also responsible for coaching the National Coordination Teams/Strategic Partner Organisations.

The responsibilities of the Head Office are:

• To analyse the world wide context and observe trends in disability issues; 
• To develop policy, procedures and guidelines; 
• To facilitate the work of the National Coordination Teams/Strategic Partner Organisations, e.g. through systems, forms, contracts and payments;
• To share experiences between the partner countries; 
• To approve the annual plan / policy and programme description of the partner organisations; 
• To approve the budgets of the partner organisations; 
• To agree on the appointment of new employees; 
• To sign the agreement with the Strategic Partner Organisation;
• To raise funds.
