Intervention chain

The rehabilitation of disabled children depends on people, means and expertise. Assistance is realised through an intervention chain that links the Liliane Foundation to children in developing countries.

The links in the chain are:

• the Head Office in The Netherlands;
• its National Coordination Teams;
• the Strategic Partner Organisations in the countries where assistance is provided;
• the local Partner Organisations associated with the Liliane Foundation;
• and, closest to the child and its family, the mediators who apply for assistance, formulate the goals for rehabilitation and follow the child´s progress.
